Important Update regarding COVID-19 and current Federal and NYS Restrictions
Currently, based on the most recent update to the Executive Orders, a food purchase is required with the purchase of an alcoholic beverage. We know there will be challenges to implementing the restrictions put in place to allow us to open. Our plan is to follow the state and local guidelines that are required for us to open the Tasting Room, and update policies as often as we need to, to remain in compliance. Our space is fairly small and narrow, and not designed with social distancing guidelines in mind. We’ve done our best to allow for as much of it as possible.
This is new for all of us, please be kind and patient and we will do the same
Policies will be explained upon your arrival:
–We miss you all terribly, but please DO NOT VISIT if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of illness, or if you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19.
-What to expect – When you arrive, please enter through the main door. All guests, in a maximum group size of 8, will be sat at tables by a host; Please do not seat yourself. You will be greeted by a member of our staff. They will direct you to your table for seating or the bar for ordering and takeout, and give you further instructions. Late arrivals may join you, but your table may not exceed 8 people, or the number of seats at that table – Please do not move or re-organize tables or take chairs from another table. Tables will be cleared and cleaned prior to the next party being seated.
-Reservations – Although we are allowed to operate at 50% capacity, leaving 6 feet between tables allows us only about 25% capacity. We are taking reservations for all indoor tables, please call (315) 907-6060 during business hours. We will have two single barstools for walk-ins. If reservations are not full, tables will be seated first come first served. Additionally, our three outdoor tables that seat 4 are first come first served. Due to limited capacity and an inability to re-seat guests inside, we may not seat outdoor tables if inclement weather is expected.
-As our seating is so limited, we ask that you please be on time for reservations. Reservations will be for up to a 1 ½ hour window. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please notify us as quickly as possible. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please call us to hold your reservation. If we are not contacted within this time frame, your reservation will be considered vacated, and the table may be seated for walk-ins.
–Face coverings – Per the current NYS Executive Order and reopening guidelines, all guests must wear a face covering except when seated. If you cannot wear, or refuse to wear a face covering, you can call 315-907-6060 to order and we can bring a to-go order to your car.
–Please maintain a 6-foot distance between other customers and groups to the extent possible, and practice responsible social distancing.
–Children are welcome but must be able to remain seated (except restroom breaks).
We are still doing online ordering for takeout and curbside pickup, Orders can be placed online HERE
It’s been far too long, we hope to see you all soon!
